PayPal support is the biggest joke a company could ever have, they provided a fake email telling me to message it. I’ve waited 3 years with 1000 emails and it doesn’t even reply back. They are fraud and I am surprised that PayPal still is a thing. I hope another company wipes them out since they have 1 star rating on EVERY country!

Crooks, they have held almost 5 thousand dollars for 3 weeks now, cant talk to anyone these guys are crooks do not use them. Went back to sqare took 2 days to get my money, ill die and go to hell before i use paypal again CROOKS!!!!

Refund warranty sucks
Have been using paypal for years. Never had a problem with a buyer, so I never had to do business with the resolution center. I bought something from a scammer, and I contested the transaction, but paypal wouldn't refund me even though I wanted to show them proofs that I had been frauded. Lost 100$, and very lot of time. Will never use that service again.

My account was hacked back in May
My account was hacked back in May. Paypal not only let the charges go through, but then credited my account for more than what they owed me, wanted the money back and then froze my account due to "suspicious activity". Since I couldn't log in, I could not pay them back the difference in money that they mistakenly deposited into my account. I went round and round with bots, online messengers, Twitter reps.....anyone I could engage to help resolve the issue since they won't take any phone ...

PayPal is probably the worst Company
PayPal is probably the worst Company, I cancelled my account like 15yearsago but still get emails saying theirs suspicious activity going on. AND when I call they want all my info to cancel it but I already did 15years ago and they say we cant help you unless you give us your user name and stuff, frig I don't know that was 15years ago..they are not the brightest, I can understand people need jobs but please people I'm actually very polite by saying I'm sorry I'm having a hard time ...

PayPal supports scammers since it earns money from the sellers/scamers.I purchased summer chairs through paypal and paid with my paypal account. The Chinese seller sent me a small storage bag instead. I disputed for wrong item, but PayPal's decision supported the scammer and closed my case.

Hopeloze klantenservice al maanden onbereikbaar
Bizar slecht dat de klantenservice al MAANDEN onbereikbaar is om mijn account te ontgrendelen. Telefoonnummer houdt je minutenlang bezig met allerlei codes en opties om vervolgens te melden dat er wegens COVID niemand aanwezig is. Ik wil gewoon bij mijn rekening kunnen.
