Firstly PayPal are a financial business just like any other business they need to make money! They are not scammers as some people have mentioned here they just don't suffer for foolishness. Make sure you know who your dealing with is my advice like any transaction. I've been using PayPal since 2006 by the way and never had a problem.

In March of 2020, I received $300 funds from my tenant for rent which PayPal made it look like the funds where deposited into my account. I tried transferring the funds to my bank account, which proved to be difficult. After failing to transfer funds, my tenant requested the funds back for withdrawal so she can pay me cash. zéro service client. zéro aide de la part du site et quand j'appelle je ne peux jamais avoir quelqu'un a l'autre bout du fil. Un site qui bug et qui retourne à la page d'accueil toutes les 3 secondes. impossible de lever la restriction sur mon compte qu'ils ont posé sans mon accords pour la simple et bonne raison que je me suis fait volé mon argent à cause d'eux. Serious problems with PayPal right now. When I login and click "activity" that page shows absolutely no transactions for the year 2020. However at least three unauthorized transactions have cleared in the last few months to the tune of over $200.00. Although I was able to find those transactions by some kind of fluke, there was absolutely no way to report them. There is no phone support at this time, and chat is unavailable. I wish I had read all these reviews before I engaged with Paypal. They are holding payment for an item I have sold. The buyer is very happy, neither of us can find a way to contact PayPal to tell them she has received the product. What a company, how do they continue to thrive? More importantly I have no way of getting this money, which I need desperately to buy food; fraudsters, scammers do not use this company.

Awful put money on hold while they review ( I dont know what) I'm unable to send items without payment so need to know what's going on.
