Unfair Charges

I am a retiree living overseas but hold bank accounts in my home country. Where sender and receiver are registered with or identified by PayPal as residents of different countries/territories, PayPal are treating a transaction as international and charging a fee. They charge this fee even when the remitting and receiving banks are in the same country and there is no cross border cost or activity. How do Papal justify this charge?

Don't expect ANY support from PayPal

Don't expect PayPal to support you if you ha e been scammed on platforms such as instagram. I made the mistake of buying something off Instagram which was a con. I paid on PayPal so went through their complaint procedure. This was early June and we are now in September, numerous emails to them just generic emails back. Don't use PayPal!!yiu will ha e No support or comeback!! Best to use Barckaycard to similar far better!!

Mi è accaduta una cosa realmente GRAVE. Nel pomeriggio del 10 agosto mi arriva una notifica dal mio conto che ho un movimento in uscita, controllo e risulta che ho pagato circa 27 euro con paypal (non facevo acquisti da settimane). Verifico e in effetti dalla app di Paypal risulta che ho autorizzato un pagamento di cui non so nulla, fatto nel mezzo della notte mentre, tra l'altro, io dormivo.Dati di spedizione sconosciuti, risulta un indirizzo americano negli Stati Uniti ad un certo Alan ...

They refuse to give my paypal money…

They refuse to give my paypal money back since they blocked my paypal account, and even though i sent them everything about myself (id, proof of residence...) they simply will not unblock my account. Lost 20$ on my paypal account (not much but still that money belongs to myself)

Worst customer service!!!!

Their customer service is terrible. My account got locked for no apparent reason and they won't even help, just send links to some not helpful articles. I sent the documents they need for verification they keep on rejecting them and give no reason.Worst service I have experiences so far!!!!!

Do not give these crooks tour cc number i have requested 15 times on their site to refund my monies that my seller gave to them for me. not only are they keeping my refu ds but refusing to address my concerns anything they can do you can do yourself there is no advantage to having these people but to charge cards with fees no answer phones or emails run from them

I'm required one star. I need negative one. I got a PayPal because a business I purchased from before uses it. My first attempt, PayPal's nasty little robot Nazi refused for "security" reasons they don't explain, can't explain and can't clear up. NO< YOU CAN"T HAVE IT! WHY? BECAUSE F**CK, YOU, MONOPOLY IN YOUR FACE!

Only given 1 star because I have no choice! PayPal are nothing but petty thieves. Hold your money when they want to even after years of use. They say they can’t release it, yet they manage to take their fees out of your sales without any problem, funny that! Holding my money so that makes my Direct Debits late, so they will probably charge me late fees, all because they have MY money on hold, when delivery was confirmed and 5 star rating left SEVEN days ago!!!!!!!
