I would give it zero stars if I could

I would give it zero stars if I could. They demanded a photo ID and wouldn't even let me delete my account till I gave it to them. They ask for way too much sensitive information. Never use PayPal if you can help it.

FAKE, SCAM, SUCKS!!! AVOID!

Contrary to common beliefs, this company has become the worst EVER. Customer service is POOR. They keep replying different things for the same issue, none of them help. You spend days and days trying to close your account down, they tell you different things to do, all painfully slow and you cannot do them yourself. I purchased items of a Facebook advert, the items was not as described in fact what arrived was not even close.Asked paypal for help..! Shocking is how I would describe, I have read the reviews on PayPal and I can see why now people are saying no to PayPal transactions, this is the last time I use PayPal and continue strongly to use amazon.

PayPal protection is a JOKE!

Terrible service and dispute resolution process. Long time customer that purchased and item unknowingly from CHINA. Company applied a BOGUS tracking # that stated product was delivered albeit a week late, but product was never delivered to my home. A simple call to USPS post master showed tracking # was for a different person, address and product and is a scam. One call is all their crack investigation dept. Needed to do to find out the truth but they declined dispute and lost yet another ...

Paypal dovrebbe tutelare i tuoi acquisti e darti un valido aiuto? Non ho riscontrato né l'uno né l'altro. Ho acquisto su un sito italiano un paio di Nike e ho ricevuto una collanina cinese. Per avere il rimborso delle scarpe (quindi il venditore ha riconosciuto la truffa) avrei dovuto spedire al mittente in Cina (?!?) la collanina con un ulteriore spesa a mio carico che "forse" Paypal mi avrebbe rimborsato!!!! Non si riesce a parlare con nessuno di PayPal telefonicamente, solo via messaggi ...

I purchased an item through a facebook add and what i recieved was nothing like what i had ordered.Paypal make it that difficult to get your money back it is just not worth it. Paypay clearly support the companies ripping you off and do not support the purchasers. Be careful as you will never be able to get your money back.
