They just have no reason to exist, and they are scamming in order to survive

Paypal claims that they give you customer PROTECTION against hacking and fraud BUT, in reality they sell the protection you already have when you directly pay with any VISA or Mastercard card! The funny thing is that people are stupid enough to buy the protection they allready have by paying 3,5% more for each item they buy! Ask your bank about your buyers protection and avoid those who want to make money because they invest on your stupidity...

DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL

DO NOT TRUST PAYPAL, ‘buyer protection’ is a fake advertisement for the company. Made a purchase assuming Paypal would help retrieve refund if there was an issue with the product. However the robotic humans manning resolution centre are unable to grasp the concept seller has provided a non existent returns address, which means i cant actually arrange to return the product. Paypal constantly rules in favour of seller as am ‘unable to upload proof of returns’ - which is obviously not possible ...

A rate of zero

Is there a zero star? Aside from the purchases I had, and happily paying the minimum every month, I took advantage if their 0% interest for 4 months. Trouble was, they do not have a separate direct payment for the zero interest i took for the purchase of a £313 laptop. So what I did was to pay the minimum plus a £100 every month. And I was advised by the customer service agent that was fine, thats understood. Then today I looked at my balance and it’s £285. What did they deduct? I said to ...

Faceless organisation, lazy, a disgrace. DONT USE THEM

I provided PayPal proof of fraud in regards to sale of counterfeit goods for avengers products. After not responding for months they still found in favour of a Chinese faceless company, even though I had a letter from the toy manufacturer. They are a faceless company who are impossible to contact. I raised numerous complaints which they never responded to. I tried contacting through social media but that team refused to connect me to the complaints department. I have records of all of this ...

BEWARE! I asked for help with hijacked account and got ignored

Beware! PaylPal could NOT CARE LESS about account security. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I am currently on DAY FIVE of literally BEGGING PayPal for help with regaining access to my hijacked account. I've gotten NO HELP at all. The hijacker changed the email address and cell phone number so the only verification option I've had is through messaging. All of my phone calls to PayPal customer service end with their automated system telling me no agent is available and then hanging up on ...

Don't bother if you move around

I've always really liked Paypal, but having changed jobs have now discovered it only works if you stay in one country all your life. If you want to move around in Europe, you have to create a new Paypal account for each country (even if your only there for a month) and have a new mobile phone, bank account and address in that country. They can't cope with people having a mobile or bank account in a different country even within the EU where this is completely normal and fully supported.
