What do you like best? I really like using PayPal because it has helped me a lot at work when it comes to transferring money safely and I am happy to know that in the event of a scam I can request a refund on the platform and thus not lose my money What do you dislike? Bought a USD merchandise and asked paypal to pay by my USD Visa, But Paypal exchanged the USD to Canadian Dollar where I live and back to USD in order to make more than $25 in exchange rate. No customer service, money missing, no help!

Had a dispute with company, seller messaged to say offered £80 refund, on paypal it says they closed my case as refund sent, but there is no refund, nothing was sent to me and nobody gets back to me on customer service... so did paypal keep my refund? Did the seller even send it? why was the case closed if they have no record of the refund? I thought paypal meant you had security but it seems I would have been better off without!

PayPal may be a 'safe' way to pay for items, however, when dealing with unscrupulous scamming companies from China, PayPal will back the company and continue working with them even after receiving hundreds of complaints. PayPal will respond to your complaint but will not support you. Beware when purchasing from China you will pay 95% of the cost of your product (or more) to return the item so you can get your money back in 2-3 months. PayPal protect the vendors and not you.
