My impression of PayPal after opening and closing my account with them over a period of two months.They have become too big and now rely on computeriseddata machines to answer customers questions.As these machines give vague none specific answers to clients questions the Paypal users problem, which after all concern important financial matters to them are rarely answered. Habe 7 Wochen auf Antwort von Paypal gewartet es war alles geklärt so das die Ware zurück gesendet wird. Doch dann wurde der Fall einfach geschlossen und gegen mich entschieden. Dieses Unternehmen gibt einen absoluten Dreck auf den kleinen Käufer. Hauptsache Gebühren ohne Ende kassieren. Nie wieder gibt genug andere Möglichkeiten wo man nicht verarscht wird.

I ordered a portable hot tub for my husband. Almost two months later I sent an email asking where my item was. I was told it had already been delivered. A few days earlier, I received a small package. In it was a face mask. I looked at the order number and it matched the number on an e-mail confirmation for the hot tub. Man bietet jemandem die Möglichkeit, mit Käuferschutz zu bezahlen und nun liegt das Geld seit Ewigkeiten als einbehaltenes Guthaben. Bis man überhaupt mal ne Nummer vom Kundenservice findet, muss man erstmal halb Google durchforsten. Ho acquistato un prodotto ma arrivato diverso, comunicato come da procedura con il venditore ma con esito negativo, allora faccio reclamo con PayPal ma nulla, al contrario siamo già ad un mese Nn ho avuto riscontri in merito. Ogni volta che entro in PayPal il mio reclamo slitta di un giorno.Penso che dopo questa Pessina esperienza ci penserò due volte a usare questo circuito di pagamento. CHE DELUSIONE....... I bought an item from a website and when i had a look on the email there was no adress no answer from them no emails ,nothing.So i have asked paypal to do a refund because i have not received any details. So they refunded me the money and after 1week they emailed me back saying "THIS PURCHASE DOES NOT FALL UNDER BUYER PROTECTION". Made a purchase using PayPal because they offer purchase protection. The site turned out to be a scam and the website shut down the day after my purchase. I opened a claim through PayPal, was told the company shipped my item. Claim stayed open and company stated they delivered my item. Turns out they used a fake tracking number, attached to an unrelated package delivered to my city.
