I sold 2 items on eBay and now they have permanently limited my account! I have to wait 6 MONTHS to get my money back. Scum. They are scum. We have no interest for some scum bags like this. We’re going through a pandemic where moneys tight and they have taken my hostage with no reason. They won’t even reply to me. I would rate 0 stars if I could. A seller lied about the item location - it was listed on Ebay as in Leicester, U.K., When I wanted to return it, as it was faulty, I was given a return address in China and told by Paypal I had to pay the return fee!! I informed them of the deception, and that Ebay had a Leicester return address for this item, but couldn't give it to me as I was now dealing with Paypal. Got charged twice

Got charged twice. Their solution? They blamed the merchant even though they were ilegally holding the funds. Their customer service lied to me until I threatened with legal action. Result: Got my money back and they earned a 1 star review.

EVIL COMPANY RUN BY EVIL EXECUTIVES

A fake buyer on eBay bought my item and when I cancelled the order PayPal charged me "non refundable fees" which are supposed to be covered under PayPal seller protection.Their CEO and board members made almost $1 Billion, that's where your money goes.WHITE COLLAR THEIFS.

Very dissatisfied

I have had the most frustrating time with this company trying to close account. Over a long period of time, have made innumerable phones calls, unable to access details on the account experienced lack of communication, received contradicting information. The responses I have finally manage to receive, appeared to demonstrate that my concerns had either not been reviewed correctly or dismissed and to top it all the attitude of some of the staff I spoke to was far from desired.
