Took my money without consent.

I purchased a muffin for £3 and paypal took £253 under that header. After about 7hrs on the phone, they say it is due to a dispute with a buyer on e bay that has not even been handled yet. But just in case they have snatched an extra £250 from my account without asking. My bank say paypal do this a lot and to be very careful with them as they aren't very good. The dispute is closed now yet they still haven't released the funds 2 days later. Will be closing both my paypal and ebay account. ...

Worst UK customer service

Worst UK customer service ever. Useless people who do not deliver on what they say. I have been losing money and weeks chasing them without managing to complete a simple request on paypal. Not only is the whole way of communicating with them not user friendly, but staff on the chat seem highly incompetent. I thought talktalk customer service was bad, this is even worse. Unbelievable.

Pessimo servizio.

Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo metterei senza pensarci una volta. Non sei padrone dei tuoi soldi. Ti bloccano il denaro, affinché il prodotto spedito al destinatario non arriva a destinazione. Dopodiché lo sbloccano dopo 24 ore. Dico stiamo scherzando? Dimenticavo, la signora dell'assistenza, mi ha detto che collaborano con poste italiane. Non fatemi ridere. Non mischiate il sacro con il profano!

I suppose I have dealt with PayPal for twenty years and have dealt with them over that period with absolute honesty. In the few issues I have had with clients I have been treated with utter contempt by PayPal. They through their numerous labyrinthine agreements believe that they can help themselves to money in your account whenever it suits them no matter how bizarre the reason.

Davvero pessimi ! Dopo avermi offerto loro un conto business e dopo averlo usato per 3 anni circa improvvisamente con pochissimi reclami mi hanno bloccato a titolo definitivo il conto senza appello e i fondi per 180 giorni saranno tenuti a loro uso senza alcuna spiegazione. Paypal customer support is not just awful; it is non-existent. I have a technical problem that can be fixed only by a human. Although I have been trying for six months, t is impossible to reach a person.

Avoid paypal if at all possible.

Managed to sell an item on eBay that i've had for years. My first eBay sale, and i mistakenly set up a paypal account as asked. Sale completed, item sent etc. I did my bit, the buyer did his, eBay was fine. Paypal was where the bullsh*t began. So much admin hoop-jumping, asking me for documents that don't exist and withholding my (MY) money until i gave them these documents. I had to send them photos of myself, a receipt for my original purchase of the item, etc. Such an utter, utter pain ...

Absolute scam

Limited my account permanently with NO explanation. They don't even give any solutions. Have plenty of money in my account, but they still keep all of it on hold for 180 days. Horrible customer service can only reply with scripted messages and doesn't even read the thread. DO NOT open an account here. Everything seems to be working in the beginning, but then when you actually start making money, they just try to confiscate that.

RIDICULOUS

Just use any other money app. I started a new job and they sent my pay through paypal. They never told me id have to pay just to get paid. Venmo doesn't charge when you receive payment and would have transferred my funds way sooner then what paypal has. Paypal says my pay is on hold. For whatever reason that may be. Your better off just deleting the app.
