I would give them zero stars if I could. They are the worst company I have ever had dealings with. They will take your money at the drop of an hat, but they require all manner of information to get it out of them down to your shoe size and favourite biscuit. One of their customer service team told me to lie and pass myself as a business owner to push through a resolution.

Klantenservice medewerkers zijn volgens mij te dom om te poepen. Ze begrijpen helemaal niks van je problemen of dingen die ze op moeten lossen. Heel waardeloos dom bedrijf geworden dat PayPal. Heb meerdere keren het probleem uitgelegd krijg elke keer weer hetzelfde domme antwoord. Begint nu erg irritant te worden! Pauper klantenservice kan niks gewoon diep triest voor zo’n bedrijf

Another case of illegally holding funds
Another case of illegally holding funds. After interrupting an order at the last step, the merchant is naturally not completing the payment. However, paypal refuses to free the funds and wants me to wait for 30 days before voiding the authorization. 30 days!?!?! In addition, the response time of the customer support is more than 2 days. This is really insulting to customers. I know for sure that I would never use paypal again. It causes such a headache!

Buyers beware
Buyers beware! This is a very dishonest company. First of all, the company they work for are from China, or somewhere overseas. They send things that are falsely advertised. Then when you try to get a refund, the company will give you a small amount of the purchase saying it would cost more to send it back. PayPal did not help with getting a refund. Don’t go through PayPal. I didn’t even know I was going through PayPal. Very dishonest!! Stay away!!!!

Said they were from PayPal…
Someone who said they were from PayPal was suppose to help me with a mistake I did and they hacked into my computer took all my passwords saw all my credit cards and my bank then took all my money out of my account finally after 3 days trying to talk to a person they couldn't help me they kept saying change your password call your bank call your credit cards really! Käuferschutz ist unterirdisch, Kundendienst ebenfalls
Schade kann man diesem Unternehmen nicht 0 Sterne geben. Ich habe bei wish.ch Artikel bestellt für 350 Euro. Die Artikel sind nie eingetroffen. Der Lieferant hat einfach einen Wegwerfartikel geschickt um eine Sendungseingangsbestätigung zu bekommen. Paypal lässt sich von solchen Maschen einfach über den Tisch ziehen. Keinerlei Kundenservice. Vertrauen in Paypal = 0

Pessimo servizio.
Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo metterei senza pensarci una volta. Non sei padrone dei tuoi soldi. Ti bloccano il denaro, affinché il prodotto spedito al destinatario non arriva a destinazione. Dopodiché lo sbloccano dopo 24 ore. Dico stiamo scherzando? Dimenticavo, la signora dell'assistenza, mi ha detto che collaborano con poste italiane. Non fatemi ridere. Non mischiate il sacro con il profano!
