I have sold an item on eBay and receiving it via PayPal. I have tried to log into my account with the correct email address and password which goes through then they want to send a code to my phone number via text or phone call and I have a previous phone number on my account. Terrible company

Bad service. Holding my payment for nonsense reasons. Request for instant transfer but end up holding my money for more 24-48 hours. Stay away from this company if you need money urgently and their service is terrible. The charge is expensive as well.

Dreadful customer service, it's got that every time I sell an item on eBay there is a situation. It always says payment pending, when the buyer has paid for the item and then when I buy an item my payment won't clear. This happened Thursday. It took me from 8am yesterday until 20.45pm to resolve this issue . Can't get to talk to anyone, have to do it through message,and then they just blame it on eBay. Wegen paypal online Geschäft kaputt. 2 mal in Folge konnte ich trotzdem Geld verfügbar und ging nicht zum Kunden. Beratung ausgeschlossen nur eine Dämliche KI und auf dem folgenden Wochentag erst nach 2 Stunden Wartezeit ein Kundenberater der der Deutschen Sprache nicht mächtig war. Das eBay Geschäft kann ich unter dem Namen dank paypal nicht mehr führen. Auch privat hat von 4 versuchen egal was wirklich nix geklappt. Jetzt behält paypal noch etwas ü 12€ ein. Terrible service

Terrible service. I bought an item through PayPal and it turned out to be a total scam out of China. PayPal is refusing to refund my purchase. I will never use PayPal again or recommend it. User beware!!!

Paypal banned me and kept my money

I was selling stuff online and had been for 17 years using Paypal. They just locked by account because there was "suspicious" activity. Now they are keeping my money for 6 months and won't tell me why they did it. This seems to be a very common practice with this company. Do not do business with them!
