I have ordered an item form abroad and it appeared to be scam cause I didn't order what I wanted. I put on dispute case on 2 of August and I provided proof. I suppose to have an resolution at 12 of August now I still didn't receive any solution. What is more since 28th of August I can't even sent the message to pay pal. They keep changing resolution day a day before planned resolution constantly on 28th they moved resolution to 31st and today they did it again for 3rd of September... I ...

I have been a customer of paypal since 1980's when ebay began. I had recently purchased a product for review and upon review, was to receive a refund. The mechanism used to send my refund was my pay pal account. Paypal put a 30 day hold on my money!! They will not release my money! They are holding my money for their use. I purchased a chair from a vendor and paid using PAYPAL thinking my money and the transaction will be protected and secure. I waited a month for the chair to arrive before contacting PAYPAL to escalate my issue and get a refund via their dispute resolution system. Worst company ever. Nine days of having an account and two purchases showed up. I claimed an unauthorized use of my account and WAS NOT refunded or helped. Only received an email saying they determined it wasn’t unauthorized. 😤👎🏻

Awful, they’ve held 6 of my payments in a row I’ve supplied proof items have been sent and proof they’ve been received but they don’t care, still waiting for money to be released.
