Can I not leave no stars...? that would still be too good for Paypal... after 3 weeks of following instructions that did not work... I finally got the restriction lift on my account. I can clearly see why Paypal customer service rates at 81% one star on trustpilot... I found the service I received to be extremely poor, virtually all instructions I was given did not work and were clearly said to be as obstructive as possible. Cases closed without any satisfaction or chance to dispute the closure

giving one star because it wont let me give none. 2 transactions that were supposed to be covered and now out of pocket due to scam purchases, ordered goods to find that £1 stickers arrive in place of my orders, pay pal does nothing and close cases without option of disputing further. Your money or transactions are not safe, it's a hit and miss if you get scammed

Supporting scammers!Allowing resolution dates to keep extending and then refusing claims against the scammers. I ended up getting a refund from my bank as PayPal are clearly in desperate need of funds from the scammers that send fake goods in order to receive a tracking ID.DO NOT USE PAYPAL, THEY OFFER NO PROTECTION AT ALL!

We sold a car yesterday, buyer paid us via PayPal . The amount of £1,600 could only be paid to our PayPal in 2 payments of £800 as it said it exceed European Law guidelines? . Collaborating with Scam!Order a toy for £22 they vê sent me a hair brush, when I asked for refund they said I need to pay £20 to send the hair brush back to the seller, after someone called me saying from PayPal, knowing my address and card details and pretending he gonna do the refund for me, tried to take more money from my credit card. They send me emails everyday saying ‘ you are covered from top to bottom’ but they mean is, you are in sh...t from top to bottom if you use our servicesAvoid!

Vor 2 TagenKäuferschutz sieht anders ausSehr schlechte Kommunikation, verlangen das man Dokumente hochläd inklusive E-Mail Verkehr mit Verkäufer, es wird nicht mal angeschaut. Strafanzeige bei Polizei nicht möglich gewesen, da die auf Käuferschutz PayPal verweisen, und das Gesetz anders sei wie Deutschland, jetzt Geld weg, Fall geschlossen, aber soll ja super sicher sein. Mit Kreditkarte wäre das so nicht passiert.
