Ridiculous excuse for a company

Ridiculous excuse for a company. Offers no consumer protection, and allows scummy eBay sellers to charge you in the incorrect currency at the incorrect price without your consent to the charge. PayPal resolves all disputes to the sellers side of the story.

terrible customer service, worse ethics

They don't have a possibility of taking to a person. The phone is a machine only and hangs up in you all the time. The claim I made was favorable for me and got turned against me for no reason and then they closed the case... I closed my account and recommend that to everyone. I had an open claim for 5 months. I didn't get my item and the shop somehow managed to win the case.

The company that cares less about it's customers than anyone

The company does not care about the customer at all. They hold your money for a stupid amount of days and give you copy & pastre responses in return. Honestly i am a patient person but paypal made me lose my patience in a matter of minutes. The cockwombles have no idea what they're doing & are very clearly a scam. You're better off sending money via the mail because it's probably faster and more reliable. i trust the local drunks more than paypal.If you want my honest opinion paypal should ...

Mi exp aqui es pésima no sirve esto para nada, si quieres que te roben dinero sin garantías de nada entra aqui y create la cuenta.Quiero que me borren la cuenta de aquí yaaaa y lo e dicho como mil veces. Ya ni me habléis, directamente quitenme ya la cuenta de paypal, que aunque me llameis y os diga lo que sucede no hacéis nada pero para quitar dinero bn que Sois rápidos, asinque dejar de enfadarme y borreme ya la cuenta de paypaaaaaal

Closed my dispute because the seller said they sent the item even though i have an email from the seller stating it was cancelled and refunded. Absolutely ridiculous and can not get a hold of PayPal to save your life.

Ingen hjælp at hente når man er i problemer. Min konto er begrænset og mine penge er indefrosset. Hjælpe centeret og resolution center er fuldstændig ubrugeligt og ender altid blindt. Jeg kan ikke anbefale at bruge Paypal, tag alternativet!

Recently I purchased a bike online through PayPal. It turns out to be a scam. The guy named YaMing Liu and his email minghan311 rate126.com turn out to be a scammer. please be careful everyone. Paypal does not support the customer and let the scammer scam on you. Long story short please don't purchase anything from email.thank you

Läser andras omdöme och håller inte med. Jag har vid 2 tillfällen fått hjälp och pengarna tillbaka eftersom PayPal har ställt upp och hjälp mig. Jag har haft en bra kommunikation och har verkligen inget att klaga på. Dem har skött det alldeles utmärkt och i den tidsramen som dem lovat.

Un procedimiento de pago seguro y más que seguro, si no recibes el producto PAYPAL te devuelve el dinero de tu compra, a mi me ha pasado, el 8 de abril compré material protección antiCOVID y 3 meses después no me había llegado, gracias a PAYPAL recuperé mi dinero 147 EUR. A mi como usuario comprador me parece un medio de pago genial.

Someone stole $500 usd from me off of pay pal and they had the audacity to say it was my fault!!!! They are the most incompetent company I’ve ever dealt with. Do not trust them with your money. It’s been 3 days and I still haven’t received a call back from them, they only communicate by ermail.
