After Papal dumped me out of an order…

After Papal dumped me out of an order and sent me back to the merchant, I reordered and the charge showed up twice. Thought the duplicate would be an easy fix through Paypal. Not so: it wanted me to set up a dispute file. Something so simple, and no way to communicate with a human being. I've used Papal for years and this is my first problem, and Papal flunked; Paypal help was useless.

I regret using PayPal

I received a damaged object through the mail after I paid using PayPal.. I did not receive the refund ( they claim they Protect any thing you buy from a business ) the customer service what’s absolutely useless.. I regret using PayPal.

The worst company I have ever dealt…

The worst company I have ever dealt with. I have sent them the receipt with picture of what I had ordered and what I had received. Still it took them almost a month to come back to me indicating ship all the orders back and get a refund. They did not even bother to make the seller even send a paid postage for a return even though they had acknowledged that I had no fault in the transaction!! Go figure where the buyer protection is. PAPAL IS AS CROOK AS THE CHINESE COMPANY I ORDERED FROM!!!

If l could leave no stars that would be more of an acceptable review!Customer services is scandalyl pitiful! Customer services are carried out by robots rather than speaking to someone. Less than 1 star

they randomly shut down my account so I can’t use it. Can’t use the email to create a new one, can’t delete the account and can’t make a new one using my card. Disgraceful customer service I’ve reached out to many people, I’ve called and emailed, but no response and no one picked up. The only reason I would get it is for depop but even then it rarely works. Terrible app.

Paypal is horrible and does not vet their users

Paypal is horrible! After 3 purchases right before corona I tried to get a refund from 3 fake Chinese companies and one specifically had no real email address on their website. I tried to get refunds bc they would not respond at all and paypal ended up denying all three so I called my bank....Wells Fargo and they slapped paypal real quick and refunded m y money.
