This company is a scam! the stuff you have to do just to get your money when its released. they make it hard for you because they wanna keep your money discusting beware they move crazy. Customer service shambles.. to no help utter useless they must be all drunk try take your money because they get away with it..

PayPal is an absolute joke they allow fraud to take place and when challenged they claim it was genuine how can it be genuine if you do not order nor receive anything. I have asked them to prove the transaction was legitimate they cannot.

A seller lied about the item location - it was listed on Ebay as in Leicester, U.K., When I wanted to return it, as it was faulty, I was given a return address in China and told by Paypal I had to pay the return fee!! I informed them of the deception, and that Ebay had a Leicester return address for this item, but couldn't give it to me as I was now dealing with Paypal. Before if i canceled a transaction…

Before if i canceled a transaction through the paypal, Paypal used to give their share of fee's back. Now they keep them. So if i refund, i have to pay their fee out of my pocket, from transaction that did not happen. Profit seems more important to paypal now than innovation or user of the service.

I was scammed out of thousands of dollars buy Albert Smith who represented PayPal. I put in a claim when I discovered he was sending gift cards to random people. I filed a complaint they came back saying they WERE AUTHORIZED and Now won't except me calls. Be very aware.
