Avoid these are total filth hope to god they close down a useless company cannot ring them and once email them takes 2 weeks to reply or they don't reply at all I have 2grand on my PayPal I sent all documents and now I'm permanently banned without reason if I could meet the ceo I'd thump the big innocent head off him

Can't log in to PayPal

I have spent hours, over two days, trying to log into Paypal.It is impossible to get past CAPTCHA verification. ID, password, all OK. I have changed nothing. Also tried latest Firefox and others. Paypal used to be fine. NOT any more. They also charged me £1 "tiny amount which we'll refund immediately". Really?Poor show Paypal!

Kommer aldrig använda mig av paypal eller någon leverantör som använder paypal som betal sätt, en falsk trygg het med löften om massa som inte hålls. Och ingen kontroll av leverantörer borde vara mer selektiva med sina samarbeten.

closed my account weeks ago due to their ungodly waiting times when withdrawing and receiving payments all is well, rang me asked me security details to which i replied i dont have an account, now somehow got a debt collection letter with their name on it, will have to speak to financial ombudsman to clear this. What a badly operated company.EDIT i now got a debt letter from wescot credit services over a debt i didnt know about. I DONT HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT DUMMIES

I made an online purchase from a Facebook add for a kitchen cart. Nearly two months later I receive a watch instead. I immediately file a dispute through PayPal. Transfer from bank to Paypal impossible

I have been a Paypal customer since the beginning around 20 years ago. A steady decline of services has become reality. My newest experience shows that it is impossible to add funds from my US bank account to my US Paypal account. Likely reason: I am presently in Mexico, so I am "not allowed to fund my account due money laundering prohibition". What a strange way to say, we don't need your funds.

If I could give 0 stars I would! PayPal is trying to steal $5K from me as I speak! I simply attempted to transfer money to from PayPal to my bank account, but it sent the money to someone else’s account!!!!

Paypal system down and nobody to talk to

I've been trying to access my account for the past half hour, and none of Paypal automated text or calls are working right now. I tried 6 times to get a text and 5 times to get a call. The call came through after the code had long disappered and no longer worked. There is nobody to talk to, not a chat, not a phone number. Surely there should be a system in place to overcome situations like this one!
