Esta empresa chegou ao fim, só tem mensagens automáticas, suporte incompetente, nada se resolve, prazos utrapassados, disputas rídiculas, tempo infinito na resposta.Muito prejudicial para o vendedor.Esqueçam PayPal acabou.

I ordered three items through PayPal…

I ordered three items through PayPal months ago. Cost $149 and another $28 never got them and PayPal hasn’t refunded anything back.. They say case still open well i told them i wanted to CLOSE out the PayPal account and have had nothing but bull crap from them! I suggest you use anything but PayPal when ordering an item.... I want to close account asap

Do NOT rely / "trust" PayPal to protect you - the buyer. Flawed system!

PayPal's dispute / claims / Resolution process is seriously flawed. I ordered items from China and felt that using PayPal would protect me against what exactly happened. Mine was Case ID PP-D-80749332. I ordered 6 items. Five were correct. One wasn't even close to what I had ordered (garbage comparatively). I completed PayPal's dispute / resolution / claim process and requested reimbursement for the one item - noting that I'd be keeping the other 5. The Vendor responded within the process ...

PayPal is a scam! Hiding behind BS security and protection, they are holding money they don’t own and making profits out of it! Never ever use PayPal and spare yourself the stress dealing with morons and liers in their support team!

Unhelpful staff

Unhelpful staff, inability for reports to work. This company that even stupidity, in the face of no competition can triumph. Poor security etc...the list goes onI also wish I could give negative stars.

I had a case open with paypal I wasn't happy at first as my case was left unresolved for months, HOWEVER I guess these things take time. I purchased clothes from an online company called Zaful. (their terrible I'll never shop there again) they took £200 and I never got the clothes. PayPal refunded me all the money, even when the bank wouldn't help me! I can't thank them enough! There is a reason you pay with PayPalMany thanks

Wish i could give negative stars

Wish i could give negative stars. Got $1000 taken out of my account and it put my bank account at -$987. I only had $20 in my account at the time. I called my bank and told them to block all transactions coming from PayPal because the $1000 is still pending but it still affected my actual bank account. I'm trying to resolve it on PayPal's end but lo' and behold I'm getting vague question and kept being told to visit the site. Horrible timing. Have to pay my rent. Every time I call all I get ...

Paypal helps people to keep funds they are not entitled to

Paypal assists people who receive funds that they are not entitled to. I sent $400 many months ago to a person who was @yahoo.com when i meant to send it to a person with the same initial and name @hotmail.com. I immediately notified Paypal and, sent an email to the person @yahooasking them to return the funds. Basically the person kept as in stole my funds and Paypal washed their hands completely!!
