Have suspended our company's money for 6 months and locked our account leaving us cashless without funds, even after we sent all the evidence. Not surprisingly straight after there is no way to contact them on the phone, while emails gets ignored. HORRIBLE customer service, be aware if you are holding large amounts of money in Paypal..

PayPal deals with and supports dishonest companies!

I ordered 3 puzzles from a company advertising on Instagram. DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THOSE COMPANIES!! I thought I could trust PayPal to only do business with companies that were honest. I was wrong. I did not receive any of the puzzles that I ordered. They sent 3 that I did not order, nor ever would have. The company did not do anything to fix the problem. Fiz três reclamações, recentemente, junto da PayPal, que ainda não foram recebidas. E não compreendo a razão da demora em serem resolvidas as minhas três reclamações. Já tentei o Centro de Conflitos e está bloqueado à possibilidade de iniciar uma disputa. Não recebi as mercadorias em dois casos. Se têm provas do contrário, apresentem as provas ou então devolvam-me o dinheiro. No outro caso tentei cancelar parte da encomenda, ainda a tempo de ser cancelada e sem sucesso. Very untrustworthy

I had a problem with an item I bought through Paypal, I managed to be caught by scammers from China without realising it, Paypal have totally sided with the scammers and refuse to help, they want me to return something that is going to cost me more than I paid for the item before they will help, where is the security!!! Lost all faith in Paypal but I bet the scammers who have my money are enjoying the pat on the back they got from Paypal for conning me

Ständig wollen die für alles eine Identitätsbestätigung. Mein Konto wird dann eingeschränkt aufgrund von merkwürdiges Verhalten. Aber welches Verhalten? Wird mir nicht erklärt. Der Kundenservice ist der größte Müll. Keine vernünftige Erklärung und unfreundlich über die Emails. Natürlich aufgrund von Covid-19 kein menschlicher Kontakt.
