Utter rubbish.

Utter rubbish.I ordered item and it never arrived from Tecobuy in China. Scam company with fake information that is untraceable. However, since they provided a tracking number to PayPal, a simple refund for goods not received seems impossible. Everyday the case escalation date is moved forward. The case is in favour of the scam seller. Case goes forward a few days everyday after the initial date had been set, dragging out case for weeks and weeks so far.Will not be in a hurry to use PayPal ...

Bad Paypal

The buyer requested a refund. I was under the protection of the seller and provided screenshots (proof of the transaction). But Paypal returned the money to him and suffered losses. Paypal is a terrible payment system where you can lose your money

Huge delay in taking funds

Cant even give them a 1 star

Cant even give them a 1 star ! For business purpose, its an awful experience setting up ! They take weeks to activate your account but happy to accept money and hold on to it !!! Everything you provide for them as a proof is not good enough and they keep asking for the same information without actually reading the provided documentation or what your business does ! Dont bother, go with someone who will pay you within a day or two and not hold your money !!!

The worst customer service in the world. Can't do simple things. Spend days trying to sort out simple thing. Still not sorted. They just spinning you in the circle. If you want to enter 7th circle of Dante's hell just contact PayPal customer service
