PayPal conduct

Sold items on Ebay, delivered them, have proof of delivery with courier (UPS, Fedex DHL) Paypal stioll holding my money, refusing to accept tracking, despite Ebay confirming delivery and receiving positive feedback. Opening a case with FSA. This company needs to be investigated.

PayPal does not stand behind their guarantee. I made a purchase, used my credit card which was redirected through PayPal. Received email from them if I encounter any problems to contact them...so I did.They refused to resolve the problem.Long story short...I went to my bank with everything... confirmations...emails....I had my $$$ back within 2 hours. This is why I WON'T ever have a PayPal account. Terrible company!!!

PayPal is not reputable

PayPal does not stand behind their guarantee. I made a purchase, used my credit card which was redirected through PayPal. Received email from them if I encounter any problems to contact them...so I did.They refused to resolve the problem.Long story short...I went to my bank with everything... confirmations...emails....I had my $$$ back within 2 hours. This is why I WON'T ever have a PayPal account. Terrible company!!!

High charges and ridiculous EU "privacy protection" policies

I hope PayPal can change for the better. I already have had my phone number confirmed, but still they bug me about the stupid EU "privacy protection" directives. Fck EU and their stupid dumb ass directives! Do you really think the European Union cares about our privacy?

AVOID. Claim unresolved for 3 months & employees very undertrained

They closed my claim and sided with the seller, a scammer, because the Royal Mail lost my return yet I uploaded proof of sending it back therefore should've received my refund. They allowed the man trying to scam me to keep all the money and refused to refund me. Scammer deleted online item listing so that I could not claim compensation from Royal Mail, I told paypal this has happened and it was sabotaging my refund and they told me 11 times to file a claim with Royal Mail.
