Completely useless support and they make it impossible to load documents due to there 40characters limit.I can’t lodge a complaint as I have no history of payments back to me and have never Been able to withdraw money out as they won’t let me setup my bank link. We have turned off PayPal as an option on our website now as we can’t access the money and PayPal refuse to communicate! F..#you payPal!

They have funds of mine for a sold item i have sent and has been recieved by the customer but paypal wont yet pay me out because there own useless staff are incapable of being able to understand that dpd and dpd local have two websites. Wow! Crooks galore

Wow! These dopes now have changed their format, so as not to show the sellers name ( unless the seller decides to show it) which 1 in 4 have elected to do. Always knew there were plenty of crooks on Ebay, now the sellers, Paypal & Ebay have made it official - 75% crooks VS 25% who are either honest or made a mistake & listed their name. Beyond horrible

Beyond horrible. It's bad enough they don't have a phone number, but if you go to their chat you just sit there for hours. Try Venmo I suppose.

PayPal is a scam

PayPal is a scam. They come up with any excuse to freeze your account. Some transactions take as long as 39 days to clear into your account. They do all this to help with cash flow and over night lending. I will never use them again. Complete scam and I can see a huge lawsuit in their future.

Absolute disgrace

Absolute disgrace. I've just lost £200 due to them. Account now closed and will never use them for anything again. Avoid at all costs.

Don't trust, your money's not secure!!

Awful experience using PayPal. I sold an item through eBay. eBay put the Paypal payment on hold until the order had been received which meant I was forced to send the item and supply tracking info as proof before recording payment.Instead of sending the payment to my linked Paypal account they sent it to a PayPal account using my secondary email which did not exist.
