PayPal is Bad Business
PayPal: Worst company! Terrible service! No ability to talk to a live person. Every chat is a different person who writes "give me a moment to read the previous comments" then types the same as other agents, instructions on how to process money but when I tell them I cannot because there is no correct bank info, they send me instructions on how to upload bank info. Terrible service. can't get ahold of anyone regarding fraudulent charges, they keep telling you to use the website to go the website and says no issues found. Don't even provide a customer service contact # on there. DO NOT USE

Can't top up funds
Can't top up fundsGot an order from an ebay buyer. I had to delay the shipping because of COVID 19 (no shipping service available). I confirmed with the buyer to delay the shipping but after a while it was clear it will take too long to wait and decided to issue a refund. I purchased a database from what seemed…
I purchased a database from what seemed to be a reputable online company, via paypal. The company and the database proved to be fraudulent. Paypal refused to refund the monies as i had indeed ordered the item - the fact that it was a sham was of no concern of theirs. They couldn't have cared less. Dont use Paypal - it offers you no protection as a consumer - use your credit card - you can have credit card transactions charged back. Paypal wont.

Out of the several disputes I have…
Out of the several disputes I have placed with PayPal, I have only received one (1) positive resolution from them. When will I learn? They have always resolved that the money is not to be returned to the trusting buyer, while you get stuck with no product for what you have already paid for, and no money! I might as well order at my own risk than to think that I have "BUYER PROTECTION" with PayPal.

PayPal the snail bank
Flagged an incoming payment which took 5 days to clear and then flagged the withdrawal which took a further 7 days to clear. So it took 12 business days to access funds from a standard eBay sale. Absolutely useless. They hold funds purely to maximise profit from the exchange. Criminal.

Sinceramente no recomiendo Paypal realice una compra de unas figuras, solicite el reembolso y devolví los artículos los recibieron y nunca hicieron el reembolso al levantar disputa en Paypal cerraron la disputa en favor del vendedor y me quedé sin dinero y sin figuras

As useful as a chocolate fireguard.I for one will be cancelling after many years because when it comes to sorting out a problem they're not interested basically you have to sort it your self using their messaging service . Just use a normal credit card they sort it for you. PayPal service is rubbish

Item not received paypal didn't help
I ordered an item from a company in China. I never received the item. Apparently they showed a fake document to paypal saying I received the item. I used paypal thinking it was safe. I will reconsider for future purchases.
