Muy mal. Pago un producto a traves de Paypal. Pasa mes y medio y no llega ni rl producto ni ningun aviso de demora. Cabreada voy a la cuenta del banco y cancelo el cobro, yacto seguido informo tanto al vendedor como a Paypal de que el pago ha sido cancelado y que cancelo el pedido. PayPal me castiga eliminando me esa cuenta corriente de mi cuenta de PayPal. Ahora los cobros me los hacen a una tarjeta de otro banco. Ha pasado un mes y siguen de negándome volver a incluir esa cuenta corriente ...

PayPal is a very difficult company to work with. If you make a larger than normal sale they will hold your money for a long time (I wonder if they make money on the money they hold for weeks?) continually asking for more documentation on your customer, the sale, the profit you made, etc. if you want to talk to a customer service Representative it is impossible! Go somewhere else if you want service and help with your small business!

I lodged a complaint with PayPal back on 20/3/2020 after 30 days they said it was rejected and they were unable to help me further, after another 5 months of anguish I spoke to my bank about the transaction, within 3 days the money was back in my account. 7 days later I get 2 emails from PayPal saying that on 19/3/3020 a day before I lodged the dispute a certian amount had been refunded to my account, never notified of this. everyone should just boycot this disgusting company. how do these people get athority just to hold your money. ive just litrally done a bank transfer from my own bank that is linked with paypal to be told.fumds wouldnt be available til the 15th. wth is that about how tf do they get away with it also they have kept 2 sales on hold.for.nesrly 4 week someone needs to take there a** to court big time.

Someone hacked into my account and purchased crazy amount of eBooks. Ich hätte am liebsten negative Sterne verteilt. Der sogenannte Käuferschutz ist nicht vorhanden. Als reines Medium um Geld zu überweisen ist PayPal ok, aber wer erwartet, dass Es einen Käuferschutz gibt, wird leider enttäuscht. Wirklich zermürbend sind die Gespräche mit dem Servicepersonal am Telefon, einstudierte Satzhülsen, absolut wortgleiche Antworten und Phrasen, keinerlei Fachkompetenz.

PayPal customer service is disgusting. Knowing there are more people buying through the covid pandemic. They should be a service at the end of the phone. I feel there is no care in PayPal.
