I just wanted to log in to my PayPal account to check the £ vs € exchange rate they are giving. This is the first time I have tried since they started requiring a code from a text message sent to my mobile phone. Well, I didn't receive any text message and I must have clicked on "resend" four times. Non più affidabili in quanto sono riusciti ad hackerare e fare transazioni dal mio conto.. Mi hanno rimborsato (x ora in parte poi vedremo..) e non è possibile avere un contatto un contatto telefonico solo via mail con lunghissimi tempi di attesa.. Vergognoso. Mai più e non fate affidamento a questo tipo di pagamento!

I ordered through Paypal as it's a payment provider I can trust. Although on this occasion it has been a terrible experince. I placed an order with Pet at Home and my parcel turned up late and stinking of curry! On opening the box as I assumed only the outside was stained, all of the dog toys inside had stains on, obviously something was spilt in-transit and instead of the delivery driver returning it to Pet At Home they still delivered it to me. Used paypal for 2+ years. Anyway when it came to a scam. PAYPAL OFFERED NO SELLER PROTECTION. They took the fee and commision and let the scammer do their "business", stole my money, my product I was selling and the scammer got off scott free. No account suspension. Do not use paypal they are a disgusting SHAM of a company. This is why EBAY dumped them do your research on them DO NOT USE THEM THEY REPRESENT THE SELLERS AND WILL ALWAYS SIDE WITH THEM. Ik heb geld via IDEAL op PAYPAL gezet om op te waarderen. Ik zie op mijn rekening dat het is afgeschreven. Op paypal is niets te zien. Paypal zegt dat de dienst onbeschikbaar is voor mijn paypal-rekening.

The refund policy of PayPal is a joke joke…

The refund policy of PayPal is a joke .I purchased a product July 10 and returned it 7 days later. As of today I have only seen that a resolution would be September 7, now it is changed to the 11th. I payed to ship it back as the shipping to me was free. I am losing money as I wait. The policy says refund 3 to 4 days, not true.
