They've been calling me for over a month to pay money into my account. Money that I paid back into my account THE DAY AFTER it got taken out. They've just left it as pending that whole time. Ordered something and paid with PayPal taking the money from my checking account. Mistake #1, I should have had them take if from my credit card. Well, I never received what I ordered and the seller never answered any of my emails. I contacted PayPal and said I wanted my money back. Very poor Customer Service

Very poor Customer Service. Wouldn't recommend at all. We've been with PayPal for more than 15 years and recently they started asking a whole lot of documentation, which we sent to them. However their system keeps rejecting them and when we tried customer service they are no help at all. You don’t deserve any stars!!!

You wouldn’t get any stars if that was an option, PayPal. I bought something via PayPal which turned out to be a scam. PayPal refuses to give me my money back. And so it continues, the sham company can go on stealing people’s money because PayPal aren’t careful enough and don’t care about their customers. Despicable. Shameful. Outrageous. Disgusting.

Ho visto in Banca che c’era un prelievo di 1,50 € senza la causale ed ho chiesto chiarimenti (non per la cifra ma per il sistema) ed ho avuto pronta risposta: è un prelievo fatto da Paypal.
