The worst customer service they have…

The worst customer service they have robot to answer your questions which hardly understand. Withdrawal takes ages. I hope owner of paypal will read this message and improve his company service or else should close this company. Very frustrating and feel unsafe to get money or transfer money from that account.

Just opened a Paypal business account…

Just opened a Paypal business account and they blocked my account and now are holding my money for 6 months without stating exactly why. They said the operations were suspicious on the account. OMG I set up account, then got it verified, then set up payment options on my website. Paypal disregards the customer. Chinese Sellers control.

Paypal disregards the customer and sides with the Chinese seller. It took Paypal over 2 months to deal with an issue caused by the seller selling counterfeit goods. Luckily I had paid with Barclaycard and they resolved the matter and refunded me. Evidence was given including manufacturer evidence and photos of the item but Paypal refused to accept it and backed the seller. Paypal are supposed to protect the buyer but this is not the case as they make more money from their Chineses sellers. ...

They have no phone or message support

They have no phone support. You call, they put you though their system and at the end they say due to covid they don’t have anyone taking calls and shut the phone in your face wasting 15 minutes The you message them. It takes 1hr+ to reply. Then when you respond immediately they ignore you and never get back to you forcing you to terminate the conversation and start a new one. I opened 4 conversations.
