Lost $150 because there is no customer service

Beware. My account was hacked and when I reported it they denied the claim twice. I explained that the credit card the money was transferred to was not mine and they did nothing. When they suspected strange activity on my account they froze the account for 5 days then resumed it without notifying me. An email came in another language but they reopened the account anyway. I have been with PayPal for over 12 years, buying/selling on Ebay and sending/receiving money from friends, without any issue. One month ago, an Ebay buyer tried to claim an issue with the item to get a refund, without returning the item to me. This buyer first appealed to Ebay. Rip off conversions

I have a sterling paypal balance, and a sterling bank account. Paypal wants to convert my balance to euro to withdraw it, and then have it reconverted to sterling when it goes to my bank account. Just to try and squuze more money out of me.
