Worst customer service

Worst customer service. They only care about money. I recently fell victim of fraud, had 6 other people attached to the fraudulent attack with all evidence gathered; the person committing the frauds 6 various emails, each slight various individual paymentA to try to cover their tracks. We’re they interested? Nope. They didn’t care. Luckily nationwide sorted it. Awful company

I've been using this card for many…

I've been using this card for many years now with no problems. Just recently I've had major problems with it about $400 worth of cash just vanishes out of my f****** account can't get ahold of them there's never anybody at the 800 number so I'm completely out of this money like I can afford that.

It is THE WORSE customer service I have…

It is THE WORSE customer service I have ever met.During the conversation I was told, quote "DON'T WASTE OUR TIME", "DON"T CALL ANYMORE". Quite an achievement for my (first in my life) call. I believed they would help me to solve my case... how stupid of me.

Thieves. Sided with some Hong Kong company that sent me the wrong product. Rip off artists ! Wanted me to jump through my own ass to return the wrong product initially sent. It would have cost me more to return the wrong product than it would to just burn my money out in my front yard ! Aholes they are !

Worst company I have ever dealt with taking months to get a refund

ordered 2 nintendo switches online said 2 day shipping on website a month after we ordered filed claim with PayPal thinking we were covered by them .COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG CANT EVER TALK WITH ANYONE LIVE EVER!!
