PAYPAL IS A SCAM

Paypal has become a total scam behind a "Big Company". Don't EVER use them if you don't want your money be held permanently for some random reasons they make up. They literally will steal your money away and ban you from their site without any understandable reasons.

On Hold Scam & Day Awaitinging Extensions

Is this one of the biggest company offering online transactions? They take a really big chunk per transaction and also keep on hold to my money for a long period of time, and they are still doing that.Without a warning after my first selling through PayPal, my money went into hold. Lies, deceit and paypal

Used PayPal to purchase an item from the states. Item received was totally different from advertised. Raised a case in the resolution centre of PayPal. PayPal forwarded my complaint to supplier who apologised and said they would look into it. Next message from supplier states that they will refund 4 dollars into my account and that I could give the wrong item away. Cost of item was 48.99 dollars! Не советую использовать paypal. С ними часто возникают проблемы и когда пытаешься их решить, то либо до них не дозвониться, либо они долго отвечают. Никогда не пытаются помочь решить проблему, большенство работников не компетентны и сваливают свои обязанности на других. Вообщем оценка говорит сама за себя.

Can’t login to 10 yr old account

Can’t login to 10 yr old account. The Genius that designed your 2 tier user authentication didn’t account for users changing their location. PP login script cdoes not let me reset my PW via email because of 2 security questions that refuse my answer. .....and on top of that you can’t speak to any CS rep directly....Company is hiding Behind COVID-19. Using PayPal is pointless

Using PayPal is pointless. Everything is fine until it's time for them to go i intervene in a situation where there is a scam artist involved and u submit a dispute. They make u jump thru loop after loop and still deny ur dispute.

Paypal/ Ebay will not help consumers

An item was purchased via Ebay using American Express. The return has been authorized but Paypal demands I use their service to pay for the return shipping rather than letting me use my original form of payment or simply deducting the shipping cost from my refund. They will not assist in resolving the issue. I can either agree to provide a large amount of personal data to be sent via the internet or pay twice the shipping cost to use my own shipper.
