I accidentally clicked 'services and…
I accidentally clicked 'services and goods' when transferring a large amount of money to my sister. Due to this there was a large fee rather than the free transfer that the friends and family button would have allowed. I called right away realizing my mistake and was told there was nothing they could do. I tried to explain this was an honest mistake and as a long-time PayPal customer (we use for invoicing, purchases, and several other services) I'd appreciate if they could reverse that fee. ...

Sono ancora sconvolta per ciò che mi è successo. Ricevo notifica di due acquisti online in siti di giochi, per un totale di più di 80€. Quindi controllo il conto paypal e realizzo che per tutto il mese di agosto, in mezzo a molti miei acquisti, normalmente notificati via mail, ci sono altri 4 acquisti, non fatti da me, sempre in siti di giochi e chiavette per x-box. Hay que tener mucho cuidado cuando se hace una compra en distinta monedas. Cobran minimo el 4% y aumentan el cambio entre una moneda y otra. Son peores que los bancos

Zero Stars - Terrible and Unethical Company
Zero StarsPayPal locked my account because it was 77 cents negative. They won’t answer the phone, 55 minutes on hold. They won’t verify through chat because “it’s locked”, they won’t allow a family member to send the 77 cents because it’s locked. They have to do it. Easily the best payment gateway around
What do you like best? It is super fast. Money reaches to my friends and family fairly quicker than the orher softwares I have used. Moreover almost every online business has it as a payment method and costumers feel protectwd while transacting through paypal. What do you dislike? I had to contact customer service for some payments that were delayed and I felf quite a robotic sort of interaction with their team instead of a genuine empathic solution. The worst experience ever!!!!!!
The worst experience ever!!!!!!! First of all because of the covid situation there's not an active line over the phone to help you. They only have resolution center which they take days to answer. Secondly they put a limit on my account because they needed to verify legal / non legal information which there's not a problem because all my papers are up to date and legal.
