UNAPPY User Experience.

I had been a happy user of PayPal until this last week when I transferred a reasonable amount of money to a relative. It was a new account from me to them as far as my side goes. This relative of mine already had an account with PayPal in their own name. When I went to transfer money to them, I got an error message 'unable to finish the transaction, please try again later' That is ok, However, they do not define what later is or why they were unable to finish it. They steal money !! Closed my account without warning , keeping my money (5k ) for 180 days , I've rung many times and all I get is we don't have to email you or tell you why we closed your account.

I have been using PayPal for years with no issues. I guess this has just been fortunate as my purchases have been good. Until recently when I purchased an oshenwatch!! (Please look at the reviews with this watch) I asked them to step in and they simply closed the case and sided with the merchant!!? There has been no line of communication with PayPal. It's near on impossible to discuss with anyone. Their contact number leads to an automated recording, where it aims you back to the help ...

Terrible money handling app

Terrible money handling app. My money is constantly put on hold for a month +. I got scammed on Depop and PayPal tried to give them a full refund. Rubbish customer service also.

Good luck getting any resolution. A seller can ship anything in the world, a piece of garbage, and as long as it was delivered, you're out of luck. PayPal makes money with all the fraudulent merchants overseas hawking literal garbage.
