PayPal Forces you to input SSN

I refuse to do this, but I cannot accept money or send the money that was transfered to me back. I just have $7.63 frozen. Paypal is a terrible site. Do not use it.

Awful.

Awful.. A couple of times in the past 3 months I've not received items and they side with the seller! Their customer service is non existant! Even when you provide proof they ignore it!!

Used be good, but will never use again for purchases. Bought self-assembly item for 50. It was rubbish. Poor quality and didn't fit together. Seller not answering so I asked PayPal protection policy to step in. Seller offered refund. But then PayPal instructed that the item be returned in original condition at my cost (25). I ordered in good faith some bedding from an online shop. Goods never arrived then I received a cheap £1 pair of sunglasses with the same tracking number I had been supplied for my bedding. I emailed the company in case of error but quickly it became obvious it was a scam. A quick Google and many others had been caught from the same online shop. Dreadful when things go wrong

I have used PayPal for several years without a hitch, but when things go wrong, BEWARE. I did not receive goods from a Chinese company (I had no idea they were Chinese when I ordered), and PayPal have refused to refund my money. They seem to think I received the goods (only about £20 worth). On doing my own investigation, the Chinese company seems to be bordering on illegal, people not getting goods, wrong goods/imitation sent. PayPal is the worst ! It can break people in half ! All my hard work done for nothing ! They held my £25,000 for 180 days and still not given it to me ! I am in middle of a law suit against PayPal and yes PayPal have bankcrupted me ! DO NOT USE PAYPAL.

Man bekommt keinen Mitarbeiter ans Telefon.Habe gestern eine Rechnung von einer Inkassofirma erhalten die im Auftrag von paypal handelt. Habe bezahlt weil die Rechnung wirklich noch offen war.Habe aber keine Mahnungen vorher erhalten, gingen angeblich an unsere Uralt email Adresse.Das Schlimmste ist daß man mit niemanden reden kann,nur endlos schreiben,keinerlei Hilfe. Niemals wieder.
