What should have been a simple refund of $24.48 back in July has turned into a nightmare. I just want it to be over. Started out being unhappy with merchandise that I had ordered and paid through PayPal. That was the easy part. Long and the short of it a refund was offered by the vendor but said I had to contact PayPal that they couldn't refund directly. This communication was done and recorded in PayPal. I will NEVER USE PAYPAL AGAIN

I had a dispute with ebay as I don’t know what they are charging me for. I contacted my bank to stop payment and PayPal automatically charged My another credit without my authorization!They didn’t even tell me why they think the charge from eBay is legit and denied my dispute, just charged me and told me nothing. I guess even though they are not the same company anymore, they are still good pal doing shady deals for each other. I closed my PayPal account for good. Such a scam!!

Staff are generally helpful but something as simple as removing old account information and adding a new card to withdraw your funds is borderline useless . still not got my money out .I'm forced to use this rubbish service on eBay which I Will de linking in not distant future what the hell is wrong with paypal used to be good .

I bought an item from China using Paypal, confident in their disoute process and money-back guarantee. The seller sent me a piece of trash, a completely different item to what I had paid for. Paypal told me to send this trash back to the other side of the world AT MY OWN EXPENSE in order to get a refund.
