I see I'm not the only one, but it is very upsetting that PayPal is siding with a China scam, I bought an item from a website that claimed they had an Omaha warehouse, to receive face masks after 3 weeks, from China, would not refund 100%, so disputed with PayPal, and they declined my claim, its a damn scam, PayPal knows it and sides with the scammer, what is their take? I will avoid using PayPal in the future.

Don't Even Get Me Started...

Customer Service is god awful. I don't think a company has ever mismanaged it's customers more than what I have experienced. I am required to upload a copy of my companies trust to remove the limitation on my account. However I am unable to upload this anywhere. Their response? "Just upload it".... ARE YOU JOKING...

HORRIBLE

HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THEM! They are FRAUD! No customer support it is the worst ever!I got paid from a client that I had setup to use paypal. I dreaded this! I am not able to transfer or use my funds now. I have tried to refund my client so they can pay another way well paypal made an echeck withdrawl from my bank and kept my money STILL! This is FRAUD! No Protection from Scams

Wish ICould give it less than 1.Bought products from China using PayPal. I received completely different items (ordered a bed, got a ring. Ordered a Coffee machine. Got a plastic cup) Complained to PayPal and provided all the evidence. Was told to send it back at my own cost. Tried Royal Mail, but it didn’t accept the return details i was given. Complained to PayPal again. Told I hadn’t returned the item. so no refund.Complete Com and PayPal aren’t interested.

Personally had so many bad experiences…

Personally had so many bad experiences with Paypal. They always have poor customer service, avoid taking phone calls and once they answer the response is not helpful. I was hacked £2k last year, they had investigated and concluded that I authorised the payment even though i didn't. Case couldn't be resolved by Paypal, luckily Barclays took it serious and help me to get back my money.
