Es una pena, pensaba que estaba bien atendido con PayPal pero es muy difícil contactar con ellos y la valoración de las disputas no se como las hacen pero por un producto que no me mandan y no devuelven el dinero se lavan las manos y la impotencia que sientes porque no hay manera de conectar con ellos por teléfono he encontrado un 900 que contesta un robot y siempre están ocupado y en la pagina de ellos lo mismo te dirigen a una chat que es una maquina y no pasas de hay.

PayPal defends fraudulent companies

I purchased a motorcycle helmet from handhold tech ltd through PayPal. The helmet never showed up. Every time I contact the seller they would say it will arrive on a up on a scheduled day and it never showed. After 2 months of nothing I went to the post office and they said the tracking number was fake and it’s fraud. I opened a case with PayPal sent them all the emails between me and the seller and they denied my case saying the reason was because the seller provided a tracking number. ...

Paypal refuse claims merely on the say so of a company that you have had the service. Company don't have to prove to them it seems PayPal just take their word.

I was owed money for ferry crossings with AFerry Ltd which were cancelled due to Covid but the company refused to re-imburse me or even respond to my email which was the only way of contacting them. So I opened a claim with PayPal and provided all the evidence. I thought they provided some level of protection when you pay for goods via them but beware this is not always the case. Paypal customer support for Australia has been going downhill for years, and finally it hit the rock bottom. For 4 weeks now I've been dealing with the irrelevant and nonsensical replies on chat (the only communication channel now available) in response to my report of a technical glitch on my account. Do not use paypal they are scam artists they ask for you to prove your account before u have a chance to update your number. They also remove all other ways to prove your account. Avoid at all costs i wont be using them again.

PayPal has messed up every order I’ve ever made. The newest mess up is charging the wrong credit card number so now I get to play balance accounts. The robot I talked to right after said I couldn’t cancel my order. PayPal sucks
