No one to talk too about an ongoing…

No one to talk too about an ongoing issue in the resolution centre. Poor/ non-existent customer service. The website looks nice, but is very slow (even on good internet connection). It is also full of irritating help section which are not very helpful. Paypal desparetly needs a live chat option which works (the bot doesn’t put me through to an actual person).

A disgusting company.

Despite having 100% feedback including recent transactions as a seller, PayPal have put a large £700 payment on hold claiming it is a 'risky' transaction. You cannot speak to anyone on the phone as they use the pandemic as an excuse to keep staffing down. All I get is mindless and templated replies by chat. They have also ignored all my legal requests to release the information they hold on me under GDPR. I won't be giving up on that so easily.Once eBay put their new payment system in place ...

I made a payment to PayPal in May 2020, they supposedly never received. So I made a second payment in July. It bounced? So it was never received... Ridiculous. It is now September! You have to go through 1 million questions through the machine before you are transfered to a live rep, but even then, they are, (staff, supervisors, managers,) all so rude and careless. Please don't use PayPal. This is a living nightmare that I am still struggling with. I hope they receive the bank statements ...

I had a problem with Chinese sending me…

I had a problem with Chinese sending me items [2], I returned both in one parcel, the company refunded me the cheaper item, PayPal informed me there was no proof I had returned the second item (more expensive) so was closing the case, I wonder if the Chinese company is a shareholder??..I am left feeling like a cheat while PayPal gets away with this, scammers!!!

Three agents failed to fix my issue

Spent one hour trying to get a simple login issued fixed. The third agent was clearly 'stuffing' (note: edited for language) with me as they spent minutes at a time to reply. Around 15 years with Paypal down the toilet. Never again.

I would have rated it at least a minus 1 if I could. Worst customer service ever. You can never talk to anyone. No matter the question their text robot cannot help. No number you can call. The months ago I got trash from a China sELLER. PayPal would not help, said send it back. GAVE UP. Last week sent money to my nephew. Took him almost a week to get it. Отвратительно!!!! Г.... полное!!!! Меняется интерфейс постоянно!! Конвертация на ровном месте!!!!!! Сидят на своей ж... и гребут деньги лопатой на конвертациях!!! У меня евро-карта Росбанка, покупки в Европе в евро делаю. Они меня с евро на рубли и обратно в евро! Уроды конченные! Теперь не могу отключить дебильную конвертацию. В августе 2020 было нормально ещё, в сентябре 2020 уже нет!!! Придурки!!!
