I can’t get my money from them
I can’t get my money from them. The money is on hold awaiting shipment and will be released 1 day after item delivery. This is the message I get but the item has been delivered for days. I can’t seem to get help. Their site directs me to create a case at resolution center but when I attempt this they kick me out and say that since I’m not purchaser I can’t create a case. Recientemente me di cuenta de que una suscripción me la estaban cobrando por duplicado. Reclame alegando pruebas a través tanto de uno como del otro cobro y le dan la razón a la empresa. Toolstation say "NEVER use Paypal
I got a refund from Toolstation processed on 9 Sep 2020 after returning screws bought in error with Paypal. On 21 Sep 2020 there is still no credit on Paypal so as I am passing Toolstation I call in to enquire. Toolstation state that it takes at least a month for Paypal to process a credit and they recommend NEVER using Paypal. I have taken their advice.

Absolutely ridiculous company ! You can't get through on the phone, their help centre is a robot answered service, is lack of respect, they hold onto your money for month without you being able to talk to them, sort out your problem, or have any explanation at all ! They just hold onto your money ! This is theft ! I have no other words to express what they are doing as no logical explanation to it . Pay Pal is nothing but a company they are robbing you !

I have used PayPal for YEARS and it has been fine, UNTIL there’s actually an issue. The process to get a refund (even from a scammer company) is completely ridiculous and inconvenient. It’s been 6 months and I just now got an email that it is my responsibility to ship back an item to CHINA (on my dime). I definitely will be cancelling paypal and just using my cc for future purchases since the credit card companies are far easier to work with if something goes wrong.

They have the worse customer service
They have the worse customer service. I have always made payments on time through the website, a few months ago back in March I got a new phone and number and couldn’t remember my password so they locked me out of my account.
