PayPal FEES are Absurd!

PayPal are a bunch of crooks! They try to gouge you of every penny by hiding all these hidden fees. Fees to send money, fees to make a refund, FEES FEES FEES!! And PLEASE do not use their PayPal credit or Bill Me Later or whatever that garbage is called! Its a SCAM! They say no interest, but you some how get charged with fees!

INCOMPETANT

I ordered an item which was delivered incorrectly. After contacting the seller I returned the item to the seller and uploaded the tracking number onto the Paypal resolution center as required. two months later PP advised they were closing my complaint because I hadn't provided a tracking number. Despite me highlighting that i had provided the tracking number, my refund has not been credited to my account

Pay-pals purchase guarantee is meaningless.

I bought goods from an advert on Facebook, and as I am naturally a cautious person only purchased them using Pay-pal as they advertise a purchase guarantee and so felt ok to do so, now the problem starts, the order was not fulfilled and so I wrote to the seller on three occasions to complain and on the third letter I told them I would now refer the matter to Pay-pal to resolve. PayPal denies claim without proof of delivery

I used PayPal for many years and was always impressed with the service. I ordered products from Cozexx in July. The tracking number PayPal sent me did not exist on any tracking platform/site. I sent a claim to PayPal. My claim was denied as Cozexx claimed that the product was delivered. No proof of delivery was sent to me. I seriously am questioning the integrity of PayPal.

The Vinegar Alligator

Several months ago, I ordered 4 gallons of 30% vinegar from a seller and paid through Paypal. This would require a mid-size shipping box. I received no interaction from the seller for about 3 weeks and prompted them a few times. Cannot get hold of a paypal agent, the automatic response promises that an agent will respond within a few hours, if the automatic online cannot help, that is a joke! as no one replies. PayPal is a bad organization, they hold your money way too long, the cant decide who pays and dont pay fees, one time it's no fee, next the payer, next the payee. WOW, MUST ALL BE ON THE LEFT. LOL. SHAMEFUL.
