Paypal was one of the most trusted companies, but they are now sailing in the same boat with the others. The rate at which they are holding people's money is terrible! Paypal is onbetrouwbaar

Paypal is waardeloos, klantenservice onbereikbaar, met vragen kon je altijd in loop die je terugbrengt bij af zonder iets op te lossen. Geen enkele mogelijkheid om geld van een geannuleerde order terug te krijgen. Elk klantencontact wordt geweigerd. Voor dat je weet ben je je geld kwijt. Kortom, volkomen onbetrouwbaar

Dreadful service

Dreadful service! I have wasted hours of my time trying to get 3000 from my PayPal account to a business account. Over a year and still not sorted. I keep repeating the process they tell me to do and keep producing the documents needed but still no result. Its not their money! I will NEVER use PayPal after this .

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, they are holding 70k from me and refusing to release my funds before 180 days, they said there's a chance I might not get it back, and the customer service is so freaking bad, they start leaving the chat mid-way through a conversation if something gets too difficult for them or if you ask too many questions. They are incredibly rude on top of that

They hold your money so they can Invest it themselves. I started noticing on every transaction, they hold money saying it's for security purposes. After they charge you for a fee. So, they charge you and they punish you at the same time. The thing that really makes me upset is that you can never talk to a human being. Helping scammers

Was very disappointed after being scammed by a company who advertised an item worth £30 but sent an item which bore no resemblance to it which was valued at £3. PayPal basically side with the seller and you get to a position where they want you to pay to return the goods and the seller will refund you when they return undamaged. Of course the sellers are scammers so they will deny ever receiving the items or say they are damaged so you never get a refund, that's how the scam works. They ...

* AVOID PAYPAL AT ALL COSTS. * Paypal have withheld over £600 from me for over a month despite the fact I am a trusted seller with over 100 5 star reviews on ebay, they are now not letting me withdraw the money as I have used it before for another account, not only that they have not got in contact with me despite my efforts to contact them. BUT if they want to collect money from you they are never off the phone, calling you.

They use Covid as an excuse not to provide service

There are currently ZERO customer service reps. If someone steals your money--and everyone knows scammers are EVERYWHERE on PayPal--there is literally no recourse for their "customers". They blame the pandemic, and their automated assistant will cheerfully tell you to call back during business hours, despite the fact that it's 10AM PST on a Monday.
