PayPal makes a lot of mistakes,just recently I ordered something from the pooter tooter.com and I put my full address along with the full 9 digit zip code and PayPal sent me an email showing that my item was shipped but that my address was unconfirmed because they only had the 5 digit zip code. I'd love to attach pics to show the proof but I guess that can't be done. Luckily the gentleman at the pooter tooter.com handled it on his end but no thanks to Paypal

PayPal (And by extension EBay) is impossible to deal with. Their systems are designed to give the appearance of a process while getting rid of you as quickly as possible. Provide them information and they will close the conversation and then claim not to have the information anymore. Ask for a claim and they'll raise a case instead (There's a difference yes) then after a week they'll close that case and tell you they're finished with you, process done, go away. Cannot sign in, change of phone number.

I had to get a new mobile number and the old one has been stopped straight away due to fraudsters but not be able to use a phone being severe disabled I cannot find a way to sign into PayPal to get to my account because of PSD2 is asking to send a code or to phone but that is not possible anymore. They are taking advantage of the market, try your best to pay by other means, the reality is you have better protection from your normal bank card payment.Awful service, no way to speak with anyone and always sides with the seller. Madness

Somebody has been doing fraud on my account applying for and using credit for months now and changed all my details so I can’t get into the account and I’ve rang numerous times to get this sorted. I’ve had customer services teams say I’m lying because I can’t get into my account (because it’s been hacked) which they clearly couldn’t understand! and to call back up to repeat myself for a 5th time! It worked great the fist time I used it. When I went to use it again I could not complete the transaction. I contacted customer service which is a joke and received all sorts of ridiculous answers as to why I couldn't complete the transaction. Including it's a "High Risk" site. it isn't it's my local hobby shop. I wish it was possible to give them -5 stars.
