PayPal makes a lot of mistakes,just…
PayPal makes a lot of mistakes,just recently I ordered something from the pooter tooter.com and I put my full address along with the full 9 digit zip code and PayPal sent me an email showing that my item was shipped but that my address was unconfirmed because they only had the 5 digit zip code. I'd love to attach pics to show the proof but I guess that can't be done. Luckily the gentleman at the pooter tooter.com handled it on his end but no thanks to Paypal

This company is disgraceful
This company is disgraceful, no support whatsoever, I had bought some wrenches /spanners from Facebook waited for quite a while when they arrived they were very clearly not as described and no where close to the value of the original items. Anyway after lots of messages filling a dispute sending the items back at more cost PayPal just didn't support me the case is clear the sender says they have refunded the money but its not gone into my account, I wonder where it is?.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had with a company
I tried to get in touch with customer service because I was not able to link a bank account...the message I got was, “Maximum Thresholds for the day have reached please try after 24 hours.”Aside from the poor English, this is the first time in a couple of weeks I’ve logged into my PayPal account.So I tried calling customer service and because the wait times were so long I requested a callback. INFURIATING!!!!!
They are absolutely terrible and unhelpful. I don't know what happened with them, they used to be a good service and their customer service used to help me with account issues even though I am from outside of UK. I just waisted my money calling paypal UK and an incompetent lady with indian accent answered, who waisted my time asking questions about account verification and I had to sit and spell it for her, only for her to tell me ''Sorry we dont deal with people from your home country. ...

Worst customer experience ever received
Without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had, worse than the people who actually tried to scam me via paypal. Truly incompetent employees who simply defer you to the next person to tell you to go to somewhere else. You are offered higher protections from your bank in most cases it seems and they were far more helpful, I will not be using my paypal again.

Bad Service
I have been trying to transfer funds to my debit card for 3 days straight , so I could have transportation to a job assignment.The call center was closed because of COVID-19 , and messages in the help center take an entire day for a response.This caused me to miss a job I had on the other side of town. Never gonna trust PayPal for last minute decisions.

Do NOT rely on Paypal. They actually support FRAUD.
I had no idea how non-existent the 'protection' Paypal offered was. Scammed pre Xmas via Ebay for counterfeit goods from a 'UK' based seller (a pair of 'Timberland' boots that were clearly fake but sadly not far off full price). Returned via the Ebay process, to address that was provided (tracked) and they were refused - twice. So they reappeared at my door.Because the Ebay return 'thought' they were in the process of being returned, there was no way of progressing this further or advising ...

If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars I would. I have money in may paypal account that I cannot access due to a limitation on my account. I have contacted paypal for 3 months regarding this issue and each time, I receive no response or the chat automatically closes. In addition, there are no records of my dispute. This company is complete b/s!
