Never using again

Total absolute garbage takes way to long to receive money, issued a refund of my money while in limbo for no reason, too many excuses to continue to delay money with the confirming bank account, not even my own bank does this total absolute trash garbage will never use again , I forgot how much of a pain in the butt it was dealing with them . Paypal is the worst.

Why do we keep using PayPal? who knows.... his customer service is terrible, his user experience is practically the worst when it comes to fintech. simply a bad experience... and in the sake of "security procedures" (which is always the excuse for his terrible response) they will just make you suffer and lost money.

Pay by any other means

They are taking advantage of the market, try your best to pay by other means, the reality is you have better protection from your normal bank card payment.Awful service, no way to speak with anyone and always sides with the seller. Madness

Cannot sign in, change of phone number.

I had to get a new mobile number and the old one has been stopped straight away due to fraudsters but not be able to use a phone being severe disabled I cannot find a way to sign into PayPal to get to my account because of PSD2 is asking to send a code or to phone but that is not possible anymore. Useless service.

PayPal (And by extension EBay) is impossible to deal with. Their systems are designed to give the appearance of a process while getting rid of you as quickly as possible. Provide them information and they will close the conversation and then claim not to have the information anymore. Ask for a claim and they'll raise a case instead (There's a difference yes) then after a week they'll close that case and tell you they're finished with you, process done, go away.
