Paypal ha rifiutato un reclamo per un'acquisto non conforme alla descrizione. Ho rispedito l'oggetto con tanto di ricevuta ma l'oggetto a causa Covid e Brexit risulta ancora in viaggio. Adesso Paypal mi comunica che è stata presa questa decisione perchè non ho fornito i dati di tracciamento richiesti. Questo NON È VERO! Ed e addirittura controllabile (almeno per il momento) sulla cronologia del caso sul loro sito

It worked great the fist time I used…

It worked great the fist time I used it. When I went to use it again I could not complete the transaction. I contacted customer service which is a joke and received all sorts of ridiculous answers as to why I couldn't complete the transaction. Including it's a "High Risk" site. it isn't it's my local hobby shop. I wish it was possible to give them -5 stars.

Stupid mother F#$kers limited my account for no good reason. I bought $5 of crypto they offered on paypal. then called me suspicious. Then when I asked why they considered what I did suspicious if they are the ones offering crypto then they permanently suspended me. Dont deal with that piece of sh^t. They are an old dinosaur that should go bankrupt and instinct.

Dopo 10 anni di lavoro con eBay e PayPal,PayPal mi ha bloccato l'account senza darmi spiegazioni,mi ha bloccato i soldi sul conto per 180 giorni (6 mesi),e a causato serie limitazioni a 2 account eBay professionali ( obbligandomi a chiuderli,parlo di 10000 inserzioni mesi di lavoro buttati) Se siete dei professionisti vi sconsiglio seriamente di mettervi nelle mani di questi individui.

The worst company of all time. They tell your to “contact Customer service” and then the phone line says there’s no one available and hangs up on you. A DISGUSTING. Company. They do not protect you from fraud. Every time I try to close my account it says “an error occurred” please do not use pay pal.

Absolutley appaling

Absolutley appaling. I thought it would be a good idea to use PayPal credit to buy a new mobile @ 0% interest. Do not touch them with a barge pole. They didn't set up the direct debit properly, charged me extra fees. It was a nightmare to try and speak to someone to get it sorted and now I finally have spoken to someone and they apparently set up the direct debit, this month they took £90 instead of the £12 it should have been.

One star because I cannot give a zero.I purchased a kids game for Christmas from a UK registered firm called Gogolot. When opened there was a manufacturing error which made the game unplayable and useless. Appalling service, no intent to help AT ALL - 0 STARS!!!!

Appalling! 0 stars!! My friend has been refused to have her money refunded from Currys Pc World because of an error on THEIR behalf (supposed "glitch in the system") yet when payment came through, Paypal READILY took her money. Now, it has come out that Curry's never actually processed her order yet took her money and is straight up REFUSING to refund her, nor even send out the product she tried to purchase. They charged me twice although I got a confirmation from them that the transaction will be cancelled and they will return my money back to my account within 48 hours. This was never the case and I got almost zero support from their customer service team.
