PayPal resolution center

An allegedly secure payment through PayPal turned into a PayPal claim after a seller refused to refund a returned item. The "service" is missing from PayPal's customer service. I sent a donation thru PayPal from an email request. The organization claimed their PayPal account was closed & asked me to use Square instead & request my bank to reverse the charge. Since I had authorized the payment my bank was unable to help. Katastrophe ich habe ein Paar Schuhe…Katastrophe ich habe ein Paar Schuhe gekauft bei Restocks B.V. die Schuhe haben 265,00 Euro gekostet. Die Überraschung kam ca. eine Woche später, die Schuhe waren leider nicht „ Neu „ also habe ich die Schuhe per Einschreiben auf eigene Kosten zurückgesendet. Ich habe Paypal eingeschaltet leider noch kein Erfolg.... und die Firma Restocks ist das letzte was ich je erlebt haben. Also geht der Kampf weiter.

They charged me twice although I got a confirmation from them that the transaction will be cancelled and they will return my money back to my account within 48 hours. This was never the case and I got almost zero support from their customer service team.

Appalling! 0 stars!! My friend has been refused to have her money refunded from Currys Pc World because of an error on THEIR behalf (supposed "glitch in the system") yet when payment came through, Paypal READILY took her money. One star because I cannot give a zero.I purchased a kids game for Christmas from a UK registered firm called Gogolot. When opened there was a manufacturing error which made the game unplayable and useless. I contacted the company and they replied that they would give me a discount which was no good as the game didn't work. Absolutley appaling

Absolutley appaling. I thought it would be a good idea to use PayPal credit to buy a new mobile @ 0% interest. Do not touch them with a barge pole. They didn't set up the direct debit properly, charged me extra fees. It was a nightmare to try and speak to someone to get it sorted and now I finally have spoken to someone and they apparently set up the direct debit, this month they took £90 instead of the £12 it should have been.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have money in may paypal account that I cannot access due to a limitation on my account. I have contacted paypal for 3 months regarding this issue and each time, I receive no response or the chat automatically closes. In addition, there are no records of my dispute. This company is complete b/s!

Paypal ha rifiutato un reclamo per un'acquisto non conforme alla descrizione. Ho rispedito l'oggetto con tanto di ricevuta ma l'oggetto a causa Covid e Brexit risulta ancora in viaggio. Adesso Paypal mi comunica che è stata presa questa decisione perchè non ho fornito i dati di tracciamento richiesti. Questo NON È VERO! Bad Service

I have been trying to transfer funds to my debit card for 3 days straight , so I could have transportation to a job assignment.The call center was closed because of COVID-19 , and messages in the help center take an entire day for a response.This caused me to miss a job I had on the other side of town. Never gonna trust PayPal for last minute decisions.
