PayPal is run by thieves

I bought some remote exhaust cutouts that were very crappy quality, so I sent them back but then paypal refunded my money into an account I had closed years ago,I dont know how they even get that account number! Or how they would've even got that account mixed up with my new one because its common sense that you refund the money to the account that the purchase was on. How did they even get my old account number?!

PayPal Very unreliable

PayPal Very unreliable! Their 3rd parties will send U a tracking #... same they send to a hundred other clients like me! You will not get your product, then open a case... eventually PayPal will tell U that it is your lost! No more eBay for me! Neither PayPal, Will continue 💯 with Amazon 👍🏻

I am tired of their security checks

I am tired of their security checks, when i opened paypal 7 years ago ,and i didnt had money inside, was no need, now i deal with them for 2 weeks, to get unblocked my 500 pounds, money that i worked hard for it. I have to pray for my money. I am begging them send me a letter to proove my adress.

Extremely Poor Customer Service both online and by phone

PayPal service is abominable, not only abominable but despicable. I sent some money since July 19, 2020 and the recipient did not receive it as PayPal held on to my money, requesting more information. I provided what was requested several times and the money is still not released for over 2 months now.Tried reaching out a number of times by phone and cannot get anyone to talk to. Got a camera on Gopro from ModusLink BV (GoPro),it was a fake website also paid it on paypal, i never got the camera on my door. i have contact someone on Paypal called Morramed something... saying i will have the money back in 5 days work. then after 15 days tried hard to contact Paypal again, when i finally got someone to speak he said nothing they can do and i have to sort it my self??

Got a transfer from Airbnb, on 13/9. Lost 14 Euros in currency to Norwegian kroner. #3 for some reason i am unable to use my new galaxy phone to cash my checks, because i keep getting a error code a103, which i have yet to figure out the meaning, i must use my old cracked phone that i can barely see the screen and must be within my home wifi to cash each check.Conclusion, although paypal is a great concept of convenience, I have had so many issues & glitches with using it on many different aspects of their services, which has on occasion caused me issues

Protecting the scammers.

PayPal will give you the runaround for months a keep moving the goalposts until the scammers have won. You have no buyers protection, only scammers protection.
