I would like to know WHY PayPal continues to allow a company named ASER.CO to still let them use there service with all the stealing and lies from this company?I have asked to cancel the sale over 2 months ago due to the fact I did not receive anything to date.I feel PayPal should be held responsible for allowing this to go on. Worked with Paypal for more than 10 years.
Worked with Paypal for more than 10 years. Suddenly, they started to hold my funds without any particular reason for more than 21 days at a time. Both me and the sender called Paypal and tried to understand what happened. No answer is given. Paypal reserves the right to simply withhold your money indefinitely. After the passing of more than 21 days, the reply of their Customer Support was: "We're sorry, your case got lost in the system."

NON TUTELATO ASSOLUTAMENTE DA PAYPAL
Non tutelano assolutamente gli acquirenti e non si interfacciano con EBAY, promettono al protezione dell'acquisto, ma non è cosi, ho acquistato da un truffatore tedesco una radio per ben 55 euro, è arrivata senza nessun danno visibile, ma di fatto non si accendeva neanche, ho dovuto buttarla via, ma nessun rimborso da parte di Paypal, male molto male e si prendono anche le commissioni, vergogna!!!!

Threatening PayPal staff
Can you believe if you sell a bike on eBay and due to COVID no couriers are available the customer pays through PayPal and arranged pick up in person then months go by and the customer does a charge back saying they never authorised the transaction and because I have no delivery proof PayPal gives the customer his £560 back and let’s them keep the bike then PayPal charge me another £26 for a failed resolution case and when I eventually get a human on the phone some Irish woman says if I ...

I will never advice anyone to use PayPal payment method for international transaction because getting your money back as byer is not quarantee. I made purchase online they sent me wrong item i open a dispute PayPal asked me to return and even sent me address to return to which i did. Sent PayPal picture of the item , tracking information. They are looking for any excuse to keep your money for as long as possible - they have just told me I can't get my payment until 16th October. It is the 25th September today. I am trying to phone them so that I can demand it to be sent immediately but there is apparently no phone number. They said online that I could get it sooner if I use their shipping label service. Highly recommend paypal for online…
Highly recommend paypal for online transactions, this is twice now in the past year I didn't receive a purchased item and I was able to get my money back through paypal. If I had paid by bank card I would have got nothing back. Wouldn't use nothing else for online purchases.

Randomly deciding to hold money that doesn't belong to them during the middle of a global pandemic when people are having to sell things to make ends meet! Messaging and recieving automated responses and links to their website which just repeats the same spiel over and over again! Absolute cowboys! Avoid like the plague........👎
