I used PayPal to buy an item at a price that was too good to be true. So good in fact that my common sense kicked in and i tried to cancel the deal. PayPal auto matically credits your account while they investigate. They must make a buck with the con artist so they sided with them, deducting the credit from my account. after several weeks and not receiving anything from the seller I contacted my credit card company and they retrieved my money from the con artist. ITS ACTUALLY A 0 BUT YOU CANT WRITE A 0 STAR REVIEW. THEY'VE BEEN HOLDING MY MONEY SINCE JUNE 2019 AND THEY SAID ITLL BE RELEASED IN 180 DAYS AND ITS NOW THE END OF SEPTEMBER 2020. NEVER THOUGHT 180 DAYS IS COUNTED DIFFERENT IN THEIR EYES. THEY ARE ALSO IGNORING MESSAGES THAT WERE SENT TO THEM SINCE DECEMBER 2019 AND GOT A RESPONSE FROM ONE OF THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS THAT A SPECIALIST WILL GET IN TOUCH AND THAT WAS AGES AGO. I am furious with PayPal’s support. I sold something on an app called grailed and every time they always put my money on hold. I then have to ask them and go through all this trouble for 3-7 days to finally get my money. This time I sold an item worth $650. I had like $587 pending in my PayPal balance. NO Satisfaction

I recently purchased or should I say paid for 2 pairs of shorts via paypal. The seller didn't ship the shorts until 2 months after purchase. However, we moved a couple of weeks before they tried to deliver them via USPS. Well it has almost 3 months later and still no shorts. The shipper submitted an acknowledgement of delivery 2 weeks later to the old address. You know the one we moved from, bottom line almost 5 months later no shorts and no money. For us NO PAYPAL, not anymore!!!!!
