No email when things go wrong

My ex from five year previous used my account and after a complex lengthy process it was deemed by pal pal as authorised. Use pay pal with extreme caution, no email address when things go wrong only automated responses. Luckily the seller issued the refund. Absolutely shockingly bad service from PayPal.

Totally unsupportive

Totally unsupportive. I never received the product I ordered.On another occasion I got ripped off by a guy in Croatia. Both times Paypal said they were not responsible and denied my dispute. So much for PayPal Purchase Protection1 helps you shop with confidence. They don't protect consumers

Please close my account!! Worst company ever.

I lost my credit card, thus added my new card last month. Paypal will not accept it. Now my account is frozen. I have used their messenger system, as they do not have a phone number to talk to a human. They respond in two days with a very vague explanation. They say someone will call me, then close the ticket. Its been weeks now!!! PayPal is rubbish

PayPal is rubbish honestly. Opened a dispute, escalated to a claim. They promised it would be solved in 10 days, well 10 days turned to 20days and now leading to a month. They keep changing the estimated resolution date. It’s ridiculous and you can’t even reach them on phone. Please do not use them, better to pay through a bank card. Their customer service is terrible!!!

Waste of time if you use PayPal…

Waste of time if you use PayPal thinking you have protection. Purchased an item and paid using PayPal thinking that they must vet suppliers. The product never was delivered and I was unable to contact the supplier. I used the resolution centre on PayPal which is just an automated service after 3 months I was told the item had been delivered and I wouldn’t receive a refund. My advice use a credit card as there is no protection or support from PayPal.

Only gave one star as I can’t give none .I never received a product and went through the resolution centre after 6 weeks plus they found in the Chinese companies favour . I never received the product and have been robbed by PayPal . Beware
