My experience with Fashioncozy and Paypal

Cant even get thru to paypal by phone and have sent emails that have not been acknowledged regarding a dispute. Ordered two dresses from Pearlgo Technology in Hong Kong. The company was called Fashioncozy and the clothes looked really cute. I did not know they were located in Hong Kong. I wish I could give it a ZERO

I wish I could give it a ZERO, coz that's what PayPal deserves. It is the worst payment service on earth. They will hold your money for no reason and even close your account and keep the money. And they have no customer reps, just a bunch of half-wit bots. And btw, they're racist. If you're not from the US or UK, the chances of losing your money are high.

Paypal should never be used

Paypal is the worst thing to use to purchase an item. Their website is incredibly complicated and impossible to use. They will rip you off and not be bothered at all about it. I purchased an item but after weeks of waiting I had still not received it so asked to cancel and get a full refund. PayPal does not back your purchase!

PayPal supposedly backs you in the event you are scammed; but the one time I had an issue, they do absolutely nothing. They obviously do business with shady China companies and when you are ripped off from the China company, you are simply told to return the product and wait to see if they refund your money first. I always used PayPal as a security. I ordered items and they were not even close to being what I ordered. I spent around $130.00. They disputed in favor of the company I ordered from and said that my items were close enough! When I order something I expect to get what I ordered! This PayPal company is a scam itself. The usual bs covid19 excuses

Never had an issue with PP, until today, when they gave me some bs reason as to why our funds has not cleared into our broker account. The ideas of babysitting a bunch of fully grown adults because said adults spend their entire time not doing their jobs but instead dragging their knuckles around by their sides whilst they blame covid19 for their poor, slow, barely responsive service.
