I would never ever use Paypal ever

I would never ever use Paypal ever. If you are trrying to sell something and the person paid me and the refuse to give me my money. They said they need proof of shipment. I gave it to them. They said immediately but then they said I have to wait till the seller approves of the product I get no payment, So never trust them.

I had two purchase scenarios with sellers who lied about the products and both claims were declined. Don’t trust PayPal and use them if you want real buyers protection, PayPal are no longer a trust worthy company who cares about buyers. Use a credit card instead

You Will Never Get Your Money Back

I am having a problem over $71.86 with PayPal. I have been arguing with PayPal online since mid-May, 2020. I ordered a no-touch thermometer that was supposed to be Fahrenheit but got one that only did Celsius. I have sent over 20 files of documentation and pictures and probably a hundred messages to prove I sent the thermometer back to the seller in China. paypal literally has the worst customer…

paypal literally has the worst customer service of any company i've ever dealt with online and I literally have used thousands of companies that are thousands of times smaller and have less resources...this company is a complete piece of garbage they should be ashamed with their customer service and fraud coverage. A great disappointment. The first time in eight years I tried to contact customer service, All I could get was a robot. So I canceled my account. Never to return.

No buyer protection, ignored my messages

I opened a case regarding a seller charging me more than it says on their webshop and paypal simply closed my case! I have contacted the support and one moth later I still didn't get any reply or an explanation. I guess, the moral is- lie to and charge your customers whatever you feel like, paypal is OK with it.
