Credit Ruiners

My credit score showed 2 missed payments from PayPal. I had no fines and nowhere did it say I missed a payment so I thought this was an error within PayPal. I called them and they were aggressive and unhelpful. Asking me if I would’ve preferred them to have fined me for the missed payment. It's hard to believe Paypal do not own the fraudulant sites!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company some of us are forced to use. I have used instant bank transfers and they are exactly what they say on the tin, instant. Not when you use paypal though. They stick them in pending for an age, don't respond to emails, or messages or chats or phone calls. When they do its about an issue you don't have. Don't get me started on the fraudulent charges! After a long wait, I contacted the seller expressing my concern for no shipment and the fact that the web site was no longer active. Kann mich den Vorgängern nur anschliessen. Paypal Käuferschutz ist absolut nutzlos und Paypal von früher gibt es heute leider nicht mehr. Für mich der seid 2002 dabei ist, ist dies sehr sehr traurig. Done with PayPal

Done with PayPal! Worst customer service ever!!!!!! Automated system always telling me that they can’t support my inquiry over the phone, to contact their help center and leave a message, then the phone automatically hangs up. Every other company I have an account with I’m able to get through during this pandemic, so PayPal has no excuse!!!!

Middling review for a middling company.

They are good at taking payments (Who isn't) but their customer service is quite bad, this is from someone who has used them as both a consumer and a vendor. Honestly, more vendors need to use Amazon Pay, I know Amazon will take over the world but at least our new overlords will deal with my complaints quickly.
