Asked resolution centre to sort refund…
Asked resolution centre to sort refund for none delivery of item on 4th Sept keep putting resolution date back from 25th to 30 now 3Oct no human contact available absolutely useless organisation.

I ordered a doll from the scam company…
I ordered a doll from the scam company Colelila reborn dolls on April 30, 2029 not realizing they were a scam company. I payed through PayPal. When I started the dispute on June 5 2020 with PayPal to reach Colelila you went through an address with Colelila and chicyoins in it and then it changed to an address with PayPal and lureher in it. This was so confusing and "lureher" made me angry. It didn't seem to bother PayPal at all that Colelila used paypal in their address. So for 3 months ...

Sto aspettando da un mese
Sto aspettando da un mese la risoluzione di una pratica paypal, in cui mi son state spediti due pezzi di cartoncino al posto dell'oggetto che stavo aspettando. Siamo già al terzo rinvio, vorrei capire cosa stanno aspettando, dato che il venditore come informazioni ha solo fornito l'indirizzo del codice di tracking. Pessimi.

Paypal are underhanded when it comes to their own mistakes and are not behaving in an ethical manner given the stature of their enterprise. This type of arrogance is not sustainable .

PayPal is holding my money for 180 days without an explanation !
Got an email from PayPal saying they've locked my account. Didn't say why. It's impossible to get a live person to speak with, and they're holding over $900 of my money for 180 days without justification or an explanation. This company and the CEO need to burn in hell.

Da quando il web pullula di negozi cinesi, Paypal si è fatto garante di truffe legalizzate, poichè questi siti vendono prodotti non conformi a quanto promesso e non c'è verso di contestare l'acquisto. Paypal afferma che mancano documenti, non ci sono presupposti, ecc. per cui la garanzia di essere tutelati non c'è. Peccato, a questo punto il servizio viene a mancare, penso che chiuderò l'account. Tra l'altro contattarli è praticamente impossibile, segno di mancata serietà.

I would give them no stars if it were available. This is the WORST customer service. And the WORST for handling any personal money transfers.
